Dr. Addrain Conyers

Interim Provost and Dean of Faculty

Bio

Addrain Conyers is Interim Provost and Dean of Faculty. He holds a doctorate in sociology. His teaching and research interests center on criminology, deviant behavior, corrections, social psychology, and race relations. He has authored and edited numerous articles, chapters, and readers in the areas of deviance and criminology, and is the recipient of multiple teaching and mentorship awards. Dr. Conyers is a member of several professional organizations, including the Academy of Criminal Justice Sciences (ACJS) and Criminal Justice Educators Association of New York State (CJEANYS).
